Quality Checker KYC Full Time Remote

As a Quality Checker KYC you are the first point of contact for KYC analysts. This means that during your working day you must be able to answer many complex questions and give succinct feedback at an individual level about the correct handling of files. When performing checks, you reconstruct the files and you are able to perform ‘quick repairs’ if the assumptions are not or incorrectly substantiated by analysts.

You should think of complementing documents, ensuring documents are correctly processed in the systems, applying laws and regulations and checking legal structures. As a checkpoint you are responsible for proper work instructions and maintaining efficiency and team balance. The position can be completely filled with working from home. We do require the employee to be available on location if this is requested from the client.

You are risk aware, customer oriented, analytical, decisive, curious and driven. You want to constantly improve yourself and you are open to changes that lead to us getting better as a team. You are independent, but at the same time you are also a real team player. Do you recognize yourself in this?

• Bachelor or University degree in Economics, Criminology of Business administration
• You work from home but you’re being available to work on location when Atal Interim requires this
• Experience with identify complex Dutch structures (UBO’s, PEP’s Sociations, Foundations)
• You have at least 2,5 years of work experience in KYC
• Coaching and KYC consulting experience are welcome
• Languages: Dutch and English
• Coaching and KYC advice experience are welcome;
• Experience in conducting telephone customer conversations and mastering conversational skills
